Important Information we will need for your order!

You will need to send a high-resolution photo, or vector file of the design you would like us to put on your tumblers, as well as the desired size to Burnhousedesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number after checking out. Size limits are located below. Custom design services are available for an additional fee that depends on the scope of work you will require.

If you would like to call and discuss your design, please send us an email before you place your order or let us know in your order email and we will schedule a time to give you a call.

Max size for designs is 4 inches high and 4 inches in length.

If you require more, you will need to select the “Half wrap” product. This will allow up to one half of the tumbler or putting two 5-inch designs on both sides.

Before we engrave any custom orders, we will need the customer to view the finalized design and approve work. Please keep a look out for that email after you place your order and send your design to us.
